One of the functionalities of docStudio are form statuses, which facilitate the work of system users, e.g. they support the capital group in the correct implementation of the consolidation process, and are also used by controlling departments in planning and budgeting processes.
In this case, the statuses inform what percentage of all forms are currently in the editing phase, what percentage of forms have data entered, and how many forms have been approved.
In consolidation, we can distinguish the following statuses:
Unused - an empty form on which no data has been saved yet,
Working - a form in the process of entering data; the user has started filling out the form and can still add or update the data at any time,
Closed - after completing the data entry, the user changes the status from "Working" to "Closed", thus blocking the possibility of making further changes; only the administrator can revert the status to working,
Approved - this status is entered by the administrator (chief accountant), after confirming the correctness of the data on the form closed by the user.
Depending on the use of the docStudio tool, form statuses can be created according to the needs of system users.
