Implementation Overview
The solution supports the work of the Owner Supervision Office in two main areas: corporate supervision and preparation of economic and financial analyses of supervised entities, primarily commercial law companies with the participation of the City of Poznań and companies dependent on these entities, independent public health care facilities, and municipal cultural institutions. In the further perspective, expansion of the module concerning supervision over associations and foundations, as well as cooperatives, is foreseen.

Corporate part – gathering and processing information describing the organizational and legal aspects of supervised entities.

Implementation Effects
The City of Poznań Office oversees supervises a dozen companies and institutions financially linked to the Office. The CONSORG company system allows for the online collection and analysis of information describing the organizational and legal aspects of the business activities of all dependent entities. The solution has eliminated previous problems in this aspect, mainly such as:
Lack of coherent software for exercising ownership supervision.
Lack of a tool for collecting and systematizing information about supervised entities.
Large dispersion of information held by the Owner Supervision Office regarding individual companies and institutions.
